Meet Dr. Daren Brooks

Dr. Daren Brooks earned his Master of Science in physical fitness and health psychology from Brigham Young University, graduating valedictorian, before completing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.). He has extensive experience in dermatology, nutrition, stress management, and mind-body medicine, and previously operated a dermatology clinic in Arizona before returning to St. George. A lifelong innovator and endurance athlete, Dr. Brooks holds multiple U.S. patents, has consulted for organizations such as NASA and IBM, and played a key role in bringing the Ironman competition to St. George.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Dr. Brooks helped bring the Ironman competition to his hometown of St. George, Utah. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, flying, and spending time with family and friends.
