GSD is now measuring Patient Satisfaction (PSAT). Understanding our patient satisfaction scores gives our providers and staff insights into various aspects of the patient experience, from the effectiveness of medical care provided to their level of empathy and more. This gives us the data we need to continuously improve while also showing our patients we value their feedback.
Patients who are satisfied with their provider are more likely to tell others about their experience, which can help our practices keep new patients coming through the doors.
Patient satisfaction surveys go out after a patient’s appointment. We send patients six questions and report the data to providers and our operations team monthly.
We started this survey in January and look forward to providing more insight, sharing successes, and finding opportunities to improve the care we provide.
To the right is a glimpse of the reporting. Ask your office manager for the details on your clinic.

Color changes from green to red indicate the level of positive (green) or negative (red) changes from the previous month.
Overall PSAT rating for February was 85.4%.
